For those that don’t know me…
I’m Wayne Courreges III, and I have over 20 years of experience as a real estate investor. As Managing Principal of CREI Partners, LLC, my journey started while in the Marine Corps, investing in my first single-family rental in Twenty-Nine Palms, California at the age of 18. Since that time, I have grown our real estate portfolio to over $33M primarily focused on multi-family, storage, and build-to-rent investments.
I am the host of the largest passive investor meetup in the United States (over 1300+ members!), a podcast host of the Untold Stories of Real Estate Investing, and the host of the Passive Investor Coaching platform to help others reach their financial goals through education..
On the personal side, my family of a loving wife and three kids are my “why”—keeping me focused on our family goals, but also prioritizing giving back to our family, friends, and investors. My time serving in the Marine Corps, scouting program as an Eagle Scout and Cubmaster, and Rotary Club have given me a foundation of continued service to others. I am excited to continue serving as we offer our educational platform to help passive investors confidently invest in real estate.
